Our library is open to anyone interested in examining these rare texts. The volumes are classified according to topic and period: the pasta-making industry and vintage machinery, scientific literature on wheat, a wide range of cookbooks and many other interesting items!

The collection includes various documents, such as:
- The notarial documents describing the history of the construction of the Pastificio since 1893 (founding deeds, purchase and sale, etc., ancient insurance contracts…);
- The old invoices of the Pastificio, including the oldest dating back to 1906;
- Documents concerning personnel management since the beginning of the 20th century (e.g.: register with all the details of the employees in 1933);
- Various documents on the history of the country and Italian wheat: (for example, a rare collection of original “Propaganda Sheets” for the Battle for Grain).
